Over the years, DIVINE SL has proven herself as a perfect addition to top-level race bikes. World Championship titles, Cape Epic victories, Olymipic medals. The DIVINE SL has been equipped to many bikes of the best XC and marathon racers of this world.
Tailored to the needs of XC and marathon racers, the DIVINE SL is the youngest offspring of our dropper family and is now also available in 100mm and 125mm travel next to the popular 80mm version. Based on the award-winning and patented REVIVE technology, we´ve modified the internals to adapt to the shorter travel.
Of course, you can mount and use your DIVINE SL also on bikes outside the XC department. However, the DIVINE SL was specifically designed in respect of XC riders’ requirements and that’s where it belongs and shines.
One of the features is the “Tech-Climb” feature. While our DIVINE SL is completely locked in place in the top-out and bottom-out position for consistent riding position, the post can offer some amount of movement in the middle positions. We´ve found out, that extremely steep and technical (e.g. rooty or rocky) uphill sections can be conquered with much more ease, when the saddle is just slightly dropped (lets say about 1-2cm). Having the saddle dropped just a bit (and not completely), the “Tech-Climb” feature” also adds some suspension to the post, flitering the impacts of roots and rocks. Back fully extended or fully dropped, the post is rigid once again.
Titanium saddle bolts, carbon and oval rail compatible forged clamping plates, tapered tubes. All of this comes stock on the DIVINE SL to achieve a sensational low weight.
Another unique feature of our DIVINE SL: You can easily cut the lower tube, if you do not need the full length, and want to save some additional grams of weight instead. The 80mm version can be cut down by 115mm result in a total weight of significantly lower than 400g.
The shorter travel allows the DIVINE SL to come with a design which doesn´t require manual resets like the REVIVE, but auto-resets itself with every full drop.
Just like all our droppers, DIVINE SL requires internal routing on your frame.
